A community of people and organizations involved in prairie-oak conservation and species recovery across western Cascadia. The partnership runs workshops, mapping projects, and a recurring conference; the next CPOP Conference is scheduled for October 2027 at Spirit Mountain in Grand Ronde, Oregon.
