Our community is saddened to share that this year’s festival has been cancelled.

The lush Cascadian forests of Darrington, Washington will have to wait another year for the community known as Cascadia Northwest Arts & Music Festival to return. The event organizers contacted the email subscriber list and social media followers that this year’s Summer Solstice gathering was being cancelled due to venue contract issues. 

The festival will continue to prioritize creativity, participation, and community over spectacle. Designed less as a commercial event and more as a shared cultural space. We mourn for this loss! However, festival organizers have suggested other similar festivals and gatherings for Cascadians over the summer.
